I've worked with 100's of people 1:1 and thousands in group workshops and retreat, I have an innate and skillful understanding of how stress shows up in our bodies and lives, and how to support our body and mind in tending to our nervous system stress responses in a way that is practical, simple and easy to integrate into our every day life in a meaningful and empowering way.
I bring my thousands of hours of expertise, experience and passion for empowering and educating people to this work with companies to help improve employee well-being in and out of the office, productivity, and overall company culture.
I offer a range of services including 1.5 - 3 hour workshops, training, and management level consultations for corporate spaces, Hospitals/medical staff, educators, and non-profits. I can help your team implement strategies to manage stress, improve mental health, and promote a sense of body-mind harmony.
